Software 13 / Peugeot, Fiat, Lancia, Citroen / CPH Texton

The memory device is serial EEPROM, which can be either 93c66 or 95040, both SMD8 packages.
The expected file size is 512 bytes.
Use the T5 transponder.
The software shows the PIN code.
The written transponder is ready and programmed to start the vehicle.
